Delete it in the app
- Sign in to PractoCore.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Under Delete account, tap Delete my account and type your email address to confirm.
Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on every device. If you own a firm that has other members, transfer ownership to a colleague first (Settings → Organisation); the app tells you if this applies.
Or ask us by email
If you cannot sign in, write to contact@practocore.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm by replying to that address and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account — closed immediately; it can no longer be signed in to.
- Your personal data — your name, email, phone number, profile, preferences, notification settings, device tokens, AI conversations and personal reminders are erased within 30 days.
- Your firm memberships — ended immediately, as if you had left each firm.
- A firm you are the only member of — closed with your account, and its matters and documents erased within 30 days.
What is kept
- Your firm's records — matters, deadlines and documents you worked on belong to your firm and stay with it. Where they name you as author or assignee, that reference is removed or kept only as the firm's own record of who did the work.
- Firm audit history — a firm's record of who joined and left is kept for the firm's own compliance.
- Billing records — invoices and payments are kept for as long as Ugandan tax and company law requires.
