Where PractoCore runs, and who runs it.

Most firms use our standard service, PractoCore Cloud. A firm that wants a separate system of its own, or PractoCore on its own servers, can ask about either. Both are in early access.

Cloud hosting and international transfers

PractoCore Cloud’s application servers and document storage are hosted outside Uganda. The Privacy Policy explains the basis for those transfers under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. When PractoCore runs on your own servers, the data stays on servers your firm controls.

The AI models

The models do not run on our hardware. When the assistant answers a question, the relevant part of the matter goes to a model provider. The due diligence page lists the providers and where each one processes data.
